hello...hello...is this blog on???

Sorry for the delay, and yes pictures are still forthcoming, but a little update into the life of Gracen...

Gracen has been tearing around the house utilizing her now perfected crawling technique, and is now exploring vertically by attempting to climb anything in sight. She can ascend a flight of stairs without much difficulty (with a spotter close in tow), and can also climb onto the couch with a small boost in the form of mommy or daddy's leg. If she does not get said boost, she will scream until she gets it. Grandma V procured a cart/stroller/walker thing just Gracen's size that she enjoys learning to walk with. Gracen is getting pretty good at it, she will go until she hits a solid immovable object (pushing all the movable objects along with her). Judging by her progress, she should be up to shoveling the driveway this winter:)

Some of Gracen's playtime favorites are her activity table, piano/xylophone, and can-do cho cho book which plays a nice little song that sounds like the Willey Wonka song (the cheesy remake version).

If you are looking for a more interesting blog that is updated more frequently, or just need something to read while you wait for the next post that never seems to come, I would highly recommned www.mattlogelin.com , it is both heartwrenching and inspirational (and a lot better written). But if you are just here for news on Gracen you have come to the right place (but I still highly recommend reading the above mentioned blog)!
