February 14th

The girls had a very nice valentines day!! We didn't get the best sleep ( Teg up from 3am to 6am and only one 2 hrs nap the WHOLE day) ( G was up for the day @ 5am) She had her Valentines day party @ school the day before & I WAS HER HELPER!! Fun fun!)


A valentines day tradition at our house, was started by daddy when G was 2 months old. He gives his girls a single White rose (i get a red one!) and now G has a vase with 5 dried roses in it! teg sure seamed to like this tradition!

The Detroit art institute had an exhibit, Rembrandt's faces of Jesus. We has tried to go a few times...but with christmas in there & a small baby we hadn't made it yet, so when my mom was in town, we where determined to go...plus it closed the 12th. well we were already to go & mom  looked at the website and it said it was sold out! bummer! so for v day, G surprised daddy with turning the house into the LAI (Lighter art institute!)
