DC part 18- the tulip libary
Near the tidal basin there is a tulip garden that they call the tuliplibrary. It is beautiful, with all different types and sizes of tulips. we where t here for almost all of them to be in full bloom

my front yard looked like that for a day ... then the wind decapitated all of their blooms. Poor fellas...
