our first MI friend!!!

We know One family here, and they are the best. We met baby lily (or B lileee, as G calls her) and her mom in DC back in March, her dad works with Brandon.

They live less than a mile from us (no I didn't say 8 Mile, we live further from the D than that!!)
We have been here 2 weeks now and already had Lily and Emily over, been to their beautiful place, gone out for lunch twice, and SWIM LESSONS!!!

You may recall that GRae took swim class last summer and loved it!! We had so much fun with lily at out first class last Friday, pictures of that to come.

It is hot here just like MN ( I hear) we have been to our pool twice in our complex, the first time Brandon jumped into the pool with his phone in his pocket, yuck!!!

We are hoping to have Emily and Baby lily to the pool this week and will for sure see them on Friday for class! We are so blessed to have such great new friends!!!
