Here is our "ultimate" potty training tool! Every time Gracen pee's or poop's on the potty she gets to pick out a sticker for the chart! most of the time she wants Elmo (duh) or

Abby (a new sesame street character)

This chart has worked out great. (thanks to my smarty sister-in-law for the idea)
