For Preschool today, we headed to a Field trip to the nature center. Where the children learned about toads
(even watched them eat LIVE grasshoppers......ugh!) crawly bugs that live under tree stumps, turtles and SNAKES!! our preschool teacher generously volunteered G for the job of holding the snake to the overly enthusiastic nature lady! (as my friend Dana helped me not pass out!!)
ENOUGH "nature" for me for a while!!!!

We headed off the lunch with Miss Dana and her twin boys Johna and Avery!!

I seem to have a dim recollection of another little girl holding a snake in kindergarten....hmmm...and who was that other little girl? (Snake was courtesy of Mr. Gilbertson, visiting naturalist at Glen Lake School)
hum..... do not recall that event AT ALL!!! must of blocked it out!! hope this doesn't scar G too!! :)
